J.M. Smucker Agrees To Buy Hostess Brands In $5.6 Billion Deal

Jelly Maker J.M. Smucker announced on Monday that they are buying Hostess Brands for a whopping $5.6 billion, including their ongoing debt, which equates to $34.25 a share.

Disney, Charter Agree On New Deal To End Blackout Ahead Of ‘Monday Night Football’

On Monday, Disney and Charter Communications came to an agreement that ended an ongoing dispute regarding the company’s decision to black out ESPN and ABC to over 15 million viewers, just hours before the kickoff of “Monday Night Football.”
