Biden signs new executive order

President Joe Biden has signed a new executive order aimed at expanding free preschool and affordable care for children, and older Americans, as well as those with disabilities, on Tuesday.

Maine authorities detain person of interest in connected shooting incidents

After two shooting events that appear to be connected resulted in at least four fatalities and three injuries, Maine authorities have detained a person of interest and are carrying out further investigations, according to state police.
