Arab League reinstates Bashar Assad’s Syria

The Arab league has agreed to reinstate Syria, taking another step towards bringing back Syrian President Bashar Assad back into the fold of the league after a 12-year suspension.

Israel kills three senior members of the Islamic Jihad terror group

The Israeli Air Force conducted strikes into Gaza killing three senior members of the Islamic Jihad terror group in the region early on Tuesday morning.

Phoenix homeless encampment clears out after neighbors sue city

The city of Phoenix, Arizona, is being sued by more than a dozen people who live and work near the largest homeless camp in the state over its “failure to address, and its exacerbation of the growing homelessness crisis within the city.”

Five in custody in connection to Chicago cop murder

Chicago police have detained five individuals of interest in connection with the shooting death of a 24-year-old police officer who was slain Saturday morning after completing a night patrol just feet from her mother’s porch, following an armed confrontation.
