NIH restarts bat research grant

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has restored the bat research grant three years after former President Donald Trump put pressure on the organization to halt the funding to a U.S. team researching bat CORONAVIRUS with collaborators in Wuhan, China.

Five in custody in connection to Chicago cop murder

Chicago police have detained five individuals of interest in connection with the shooting death of a 24-year-old police officer who was slain Saturday morning after completing a night patrol just feet from her mother’s porch, following an armed confrontation.

Texas mall shooter failed Army infantry prior to incident

Biden Administration unveils press badge restrictions; critics say its an attack on freedom of the press

New rules coming out of the White House Press Office regarding press badges. Journalists who currently have press badges will have to reapply for new ones by July 31st.
