California superintendent fired after Harvey Milk controversy

A school board in southern California, Temecula Valley fires its superintendent, Jodi McClay amid controversy surrounding the board’s decision to pull curriculum discussing Harvey Milk – the first openly gay man to be elected to public office in California.

FBI Director denies knowledge of Biden bribery tapes

FBI Deputy Director Paul Abbate testified in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday denying any knowledge of a potential audio recording revealing a “criminal bribery scheme” between a Ukrainian businessman and then Vice President Joe Biden.
