Kevin McCarthy to become second U.S. House Speaker to address Knesset plenum in Israel

Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy is set to visit Israel on April 30th and will address the Israeli parliament, the Knesset plenum, becoming the first Speaker to do since Gingrich in 1998.
