Hamas has reportedly agreed to release all Israeli hostages under President Donald Trump’s Gaza proposal.

On Friday, the terrorist group issued a statement announcing it would release Israeli hostages and the bodies of the deceased, “according to the exchange formula contained in President Trump’s proposal, and as field conditions for the exchange are met.”

The release of hostages—alive or deceased—is a central element of Trump’s 20-point plan to end the war in Gaza, which has now entered its 728th day.

The statement also revealed the group agreed “to hand over the administration of the Gaza Strip to a Palestinian body of independent technocrats, based on Palestinian national consensus and Arab and Islamic support.”

However, Hamas did not address many key elements of Trump’s plan, such as whether it would disarm or relinquish political power in Gaza in the future.

Despite agreeing to the hostage release, Hamas is seeking to negotiate some of the terms in Trump’s 20-point plan.
