With the election less than a month away, Donald Trump has demanded Vice President Kamala Harris to take a cognitive test. He has claimed that her “totally bonkers” replies to questions suggests that there might be something “very wrong with her.”
“I believe it is very important that Kamala Harris pass a test on Cognitive Stamina and Agility,” the 45th president, fired off in a Truth Social post.

“Her actions have led many to believe that there could be something very wrong with her.”
The former president cited Harris’ controversial 60 Minutes interview, which led to CBS News editing out one of her rambling answers, showing evidence that Harris needs to prove she’s capable of holding down the job as president.
“Even ’60 Minutes’ and CBS, in order to protect Lyin’ Kamala, illegally and unscrupulously replaced an answer she had given, which was totally ‘bonkers,’ with another answer that had nothing to do with the question asked,” Trump said.
“Also, she is slow and lethargic in answering even the easiest of questions. We just went through almost four years of that, we shouldn’t have to do it again!” he said.
Trump made the remarks just days after Harris, 59, publicly released a medical report from her White House doctor that said she was in “excellent health” and “possesses the physical and mental resiliency” required to serve as president.
The report from her White House physician, Joshua Simmons, noted that Harris maintains a healthy lifestyle, and that her most recent physical in April was “unremarkable.”
She “possesses the physical and mental resiliency required to successfully execute the duties of the Presidency, to include those as Chief Executive, Head of State and Commander in Chief,” he wrote in a two-page letter released Saturday.
In recent interviews, the Democrat has called out Trump for not being more transparent about his health.
In November 2023, Trump’s doctor, Bruce Aronwald, released a three-paragraph letter, calling Trump’s health “excellent.”

Trump called for Harris to take the cognitive test just after he declared on Truth Social that the vice president shouldn’t be allowed to run the country because of the “violence and terror” she has allowed amid the U.S. border crisis.
“My message to the American People is very simple. No person who has inflicted the violence and terror that Border Czar Harris has unleashed on our Country can EVER be allowed to become the President of the United States,” Trump said in a post late Sunday.
“Anyone who would import criminal gangs to OCCUPY America cannot ask to be President. Anyone who orchestrated an invasion of America cannot lead America. Kamala’s reign of terror ends the day I take the oath of office!”
