A California mother loses a battle against a parental secrecy policy at her young daughter’s school.
The policy allowed her 11-year old to change genders and be identified as a boy at school without her family knowing.
Her daughter is now back to identifying as a girl, but not before her mother, Aurora Regino says some serious harm was done.
