Pa. may soon pass Constitutional Carry Bill

Pennsylvania is considering measures to make it a constitutional carry state. The move would help protect Second Amendment rights and make the Keystone state the 14th state to implement the measure. One America’s Christina Bobb spoke with Pennsylvania Rep. Rob Kauffman to get the details.
