While in Poland, U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris called for an investigation into Russia committing war crimes, but stopped short of calling out Vladimir Putin specifically.

Meanwhile, U.S. President Joe Biden signed an executive order placing a new round of sanctions on Russia’s economy as some worry about a possible Russian chemical attack in Ukraine.
