N.Y. AG supports Mayor De Blasio’s vaccine mandates

New York Attorney General Letitia James said she supports vaccine mandates. According to a recent statement from her campaign, the gubernatorial Democrat candidate is advocating for mandates with a testing option in addition to face mask requirements.

This comes as Mayor Bill de Blasio is preparing to implement a mandate forcing all private companies to require private sector employees to get vaccinated by December 27. However, James argues more needs to be done while claiming “science says” everyone needs to wear masks in public settings.
