Democrat 2020 candidate Mike Gravel is blasting Joe Biden and Pete Buttigieg. He said the two presidential hopefuls are lacking a practical agenda.

In an interview Thursday, the former Alaska senator accused Biden of mishandling the hearings on the Anita Hill sexual harassment case back in 1991. Gravel also said Buttigieg has, so far, failed to propose practical policies, while touting his homosexuality instead.

The former senator criticized the Democrat Party establishment as well, saying the Democrats are out of touch with reality. Gravel urged common sense policies to solve problems facing the U.S.

“Biden ideologically is off the rails…he’s conventional wisdom I might say, but conventional wisdom is off the rails in the United States,” he stated. “The Mayor of Indiana who is running…really doesn’t say anything more than the fact that he’s gay.”

Gravel said the goal of his campaign is drawing media attention to serious social and economic problems, and then endorsing either Bernie Sanders or Tulsi Gabbard.
