George Papadopoulos set to speak with House Investigators on October 25th

President Trump’s former campaign aide, George Papadopoulos who pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI, is set to speak with House investigators on October 25th.

The closed door voluntary interview is expected to focus on the Russia investigation as well as the FBI’s handling of the investigation.

The former campaign adviser was charged with lying to the FBI about his contacts with individuals tied to Russia during the 2016 Presidential campaign, but has denied any collusion.

His lawyer, Caroline Polisi said he is still in talks with other congressional committees regarding providing testimony; however, his main focus in the meantime is to testify to the House panels.
