The Trump administration is set to host top leaders of the tech industry at the White House on Monday.
It’s said to be the first event for President Trump’s American Technology Council.
A list of attendees has yet to be released, but reports indicate Apple’s CEO Tim Cook and Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos are expected to be in attendance.
Both the president and vice president will also participate.
The event will include working sessions on a range of issues like the need to modernize government technology as well as increasing cyber security measures.
On Sunday, an official said those attending the summit are united with the administration in pushing the president’s initiatives forward.
