A U.S. representative to the U.N. criticizes the General Assembly’s anti-Israel bias, saying it harms the peace process in the Middle East.

This comes after the U.N. Fourth Committee approved nine drafts in support of the Palestinian authority and targeting Israel.

The drafted resolutions recognize East Jerusalem as “occupied territory.”

The drafts also call for an international boycott of Israel, and condemns an Israeli presence on the Golan Heights.

Officials say the U.S. will vote against these drafts as they are unfairly biased against Israel, and hurt mutual trust in the Middle East.

The General Assembly is set to adopt the drafted resolutions next month.

  1. When the largest voting bloc in the UN is ALL MUSLIM, what do you expect?

  2. That’s what it is, mostly, friends talking. Also sometimes we give each other troll alerts.

  3. This “General Assembly” sounds like any one of our liberal college campus anti Israel hate groups. They need to go the way of Jesse and Sharptoon…hasbeens, noisy nuisances, but of no significance…to anyone, anywhere, anymore.

Israel has the highest standard of living there. Also helps out the Palestinians in ways that are not mentioned.
Besides. No one is mentioning the peace process going on now between Saudi Arabia and Israel. The U.N is full of those who are anti-Israel and are pro terrorist. Just look at what is going on in Europe now.

  5. Kick the bums out of NYC (although being IN NYC is a very real punishment) and tell the UN to find a safe space in somewhere else.
The UN is a bad joke on America and other country’s leaders laugh at us for harboring such an anti-US cancerous malignancy within our borders.
Put the UN where it belongs – in Nepal. High, high up in Nepal.

  6. What “peace process”?

  9. Fortunately, drafts by the UNGA carry no weight, and stuff like that won’t get by a US veto in the UNSC (which wouldn’t change things, anyway). The ground truth is what it is, and they cannot change it.

  10. Israel will never give up the Golan Heights, they need to be there to keep Syria at bay.
I stood up there last year and it’s a great vantage point to see exactly what they are up to for miles away.
I say God Has more authority than the U.N. and He gave it to Israel and ultimately it’s His to give to whom He pleases.
Israel’s only fault is not running them all out when God told them to centuries ago.

  11. Defund the UN and kick them out of US territories,
let them squawk all the hate they want anyplace else!
No more tax free rent free place in USA for you!!

  12. It’s long past time to unmake the UN.

  13. The United Nations has never been genuinely “friendly” toward America or Israel.
But they sure like (and need) our money!
