Finish Republican Candidate %
1 Donald Trump 33.1%
2 Ben Carson 16.2%
3 Carly Fiorina 10.8%
4 Jeb Bush 10.2%
5 Ted Cruz 8.2%
6 Marco Rubio 6.0%
7 John Kasich 4.2%
8 Scott Walker 4.1%
9 Mike Huckabee 3.5%
10 Rand Paul 1.8%
11 Chris Christie 1.0%
12 Rick Perry 0.3%
13 Rick Santorum 0.2%
14 Bobby Jindal 0.1%
15 Lindsey Graham 0.1%
16 George Pataki 0.1%

Democratic Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton leads with a commanding 56% with Bernie Sanders the only other candidate in the double digit range with 34%. Undeclared potential candidate, Vice President Joe Biden achieved 6%, followed by Lincoln Chafee at 2% and Jim Webb and Martin O’Malley both coming in at 1%.

The recently conducted One America News Arizona poll shows an overall unfavorable job approval rating for President Obama, with a 59% disapproval rating.   The President barely earned a positive approval rating from a third of polled participants, with a subpar 34% approval ratings. The “unsure” vote landed at 7%.

The poll results show that Senator John McCain is in an uphill battle to maintain his Senate seat. Republican challenger, Doctor Kelli Ward is leading McCain in the Republican Primary poll with 45%, nine points ahead of McCain’s 36%. Twenty percent of polled Republican remain “unsure”. Ward is attacking McCain, claiming the long seated Senator is part of the Beltway insider crowd.

Doug Kaplan of Gravis Marketing states, “Arizona confirms our prior post-debate poll showing strong momentum for Ben Carson. Three candidates that have never held elected office are in the top slots, namely Donald Trump, Ben Carson, and Carly Fiorina.  The race has changed recently since the Carson victory in the debate and you can see that in all the poll numbers. Once again Hillary Clinton dominates. We’ve heard recent rumblings about Joe Biden getting in the race, yet his poll numbers are low and it seems like a two person race Hillary and Sanders.”  Kaplan added, “John McCain is in serious trouble. Mr. McCain can lose the primary especially if the anti-establishment rhetoric keeps up.”

According to Robert Herring, Sr., CEO of One America News Network, “We once again see the commanding lead by Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. The strong debate performances by Ben Carson and Carly Fiorina are clearly seen in the poll results. With only one Republican debate behind us, there’s plenty of opportunity for the GOP Presidential Candidates to resonate with voters. One America News will continue to conduct national and state polls to see how the momentum is changing.”

Gravis Marketing, a nonpartisan research firm, conducted a random survey of 1,433 registered voters in Arizona regarding national and state elections.   The sample includes 844 Republican Primary participants, 427 Democratic Primary participants, and the remainder planning to vote in 2016, but will not participate in the primary elections. The poll has a margin of error of +/- 2.6% (3.4% for the Republican national sampling and 4.7% for the Democratic national sampling). The total may not equal 100% due to rounding. The polls were conducted using interactive voice response, IVR, technology. The poll was conducted exclusively for One America News Network.
