The governor of Guam is defending President Trump’s tough-talk on North Korea. The island’s Republican Governor Eddie Calvo said sometimes a bully can only be stopped with a punch in the nose. He added former President Obama would only condemn the north calmly and with a period, while President Trump sends his messages with an exclamation point.
President Trump is expected to announce an investigation into Chinese trade practices Monday.
