Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is accusing Iran of orchestrating attacks throughout Europe.

On Tuesday, Pompeo warned the country’s top officials of the consequences for using their embassies to conduct terror-related activities.

This follows last week’s failed Iranian-led terrorist attack in France, which was intended to target an Iranian opposition group.

Pompeo also pointed to threats from Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, who warned against disrupting Iran’s oil trade.

Pompeo’s has since announced possible sanctions for countries importing Iranian fuel as a means of stopping the country from plotting attacks.
