On Wednesday, the congressman accused the agency of rushing to close the Hillary Clinton email probe in order to quickly launch an investigation into allegations the Trump campaign colluded with Russia.

He also said it is clear President Obama lied about his possible involvement in the Clinton investigation.

Jordan added, the conversations between the two agents is evidence top members at the FBI are actively working to undermine the Trump administration.

“It goes past bias… it’s animus,” commented Jordan. “Plus they don’t just dislike President Trump, they dislike people who supported him.”

The congressman went on to say the content in the messages are cause for concern, and is an example of why a second special counsel investigation is needed.
