President Trump extends his greetings and appreciation to those who make the Super Bowl possible.

The president made the remarks in a statement before the game, in which he saluted our nation’s armed forces, saying they deserve our greatest respect for defending our liberty.

Unlike former presidents, President Trump did not predict a winner for the big game.

  1. If they fired Goodell I would start watching again.I’m just tired of everything politicized.

  2. There is a sign at the VA (Veterans Admin) that says “Real Hero’s don’t wear capes, they wear DOG TAGS.” I’d like to change that to “Real hero’s don’t wear capes OR football uniforms, they wear DOG TAGS.”

  3. I did the same !!!!!!!

Smedly Butler after serving 33 4 months in the USMC concluded that he was nothing nore than a racketeer, gangster for the economic international interests.
    Saying in part.
“I helped purify Nicaragua for the banking house of Brown Brothers in 1909- 1912.
I brought lights to the Dominican Republic for American sugar interests in 1916.
I in China I helped see to it that Standard Oil went on its way unmolested.
I helped make Mexico, especially Tampico safe for American oil interests in 1914.
Perhaps every new recruit should be made to read War is a Racket
Written by two time Medal of Honor recipient Major General Smedly Butler. The most highly decorated Marine of his day.

Although Melania looked fabulous, she shouldn’t be wearing skinny jeans. She’s far too elegant for that.

I haven’t watched a game this year and didn’t watch last night. Hope the NFL fails.

I am so proud to be represented by this man. He is truly an inspiration to all Americans. America is about Freedom and without it and our Military there would be none.

  8. The players aren’t taking a knee anymore, but I’m still not watching. They are only refraining form acting racist and anti-American due to financial pressure. They’re still the same lib racist they were 2 months ago.

  9. Didnt watch. If NFL cant take a stand against these traitors, what they do is useless to me.

I’m glad that no players kneeled.
I would have turned the game off if that wasn’t that case.

    • didnt watch at all, because they have kneeled before and NFL didnt take a stand against the kneelers.

Pencil-neck Adam Schiff actually think he could be president?

Maxine WATERS will have something to say about that.

  12. I watched the opening ceremonies for SB52 it was nicely done and it was terrific that the NFL showed some respect to our Nation and our Armed Forces. But what about our first responder’s Law Enforcement,Firemen and EMT’s they deserve our support also. I didn’t see any one kneeling but of course the camera limited the view of the audience. Go Trump/Pence MAGA.

  13. I was boycotting the game when my newsfeed said that all of the players stood for the national anthem, so I watched the last 3 minutes. The Weathertech ad was the construction of a new American factory which is great. But I thought they were building “The Wall” at first.

Thank you, Mr. President. May God bless and protect this Nation and Her Troops, You and Your Family, Mr. Vice President and His Family. You’re all in our Prayer everyday.

  15. Thank you, Mr. President!! #MAGA #Trump2020

  16. I’m watching Melania instead.

  17. Didn’t watch it, but it is right to be diplomatic and civil.

  18. Thank you President Trump for remembering our soldiers. God Bless the USA.

  19. I think this was a good evening to illustrate what the American people actually believe in.
What they believe in is simple, really.

    • First and foremost, they simply believe in Freedom. I don’t think that is a concept too difficult for any American living in this country right now to get his arms around.

OUR World Champs are the Service Members that protect your right to stand or take a knee. Do what you feel is right, and thank OUR military for your right to do it.

  21. I watched Puppy-Bowl XIV.

  22. Trump will be the greatest, the first and the last.
    Cherish the Trump Era.

He always seems to know what really matters to the real citizens of the U.S.

So true, despite his wealth, he comes across down to earth and able to relate to the average person.
Shows a good upbringing and character.

  27. Thank you, Mr. President. No one on the NFL board is willing to take a stand for America and her troops.
