The Trump Administration is getting ready to revamp its South-Asia strategy in an effort to fight terrorism in the region more effectively.

The Administration is reportedly looking to finally eliminate the Taliban in Afghanistan.

Reports show the White House is also considering putting more pressure on neighboring Pakistan to crack-down on terrorist groups operating within its borders.

The move comes as Defense Secretary James Mattis prepares to meet with President Trump later this week to discuss the strategy.
