President Trump says the congressional investigation into alleged Russian collusion is a disgrace, and is bad for the country.

In a recent interview, he said the probes have revealed there was *no collusion whatsoever.”

He added, the Russian-sponsored ads on Facebook were irrelevant to the 2016 presidential race.

President Trump has maintained the mainstream media is only interested in promoting the “Russia hoax” to deflect from Hillary Clinton’s historic election loss.

“I tell you, the biggest collusion is the fake media, because you look at the way the media treat Conservative Republicans, in particular, me, and you look at CNN, fake news, you look at NBC its terrible, people, it’s just very dishonest reporting,” President Trump commented.

He suggested the FBI used the debunked Fusion GPS dossier as an excuse to open its collusion probe.

That dossier was recently revealed to be sponsored by the DNC and Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

Meanwhile, the president may meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin during his trip to Asia.

Both leaders will be at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit in Vietnam next week.

While the White House has not announced any plans for a meeting, President Trump said he may meet with the Russian leader.

He added, Russia could help the U.S. deal with North Korea.

The president first met Putin at the G-20 summit in Germany back in July.

While the relationship between the two countries has weakened due to recent sanctions, the Kremlin says talks are underway to arrange a meeting next week.

  1. Trump has got it all wrong. He’s the one that is bad for the U.S and the Russia investigation is only bad for him and all of his co-conspirator friends and family members who have been proven liars.

  4. It amazes me that President Obama on a hot mic comment to out going President Medvedev: “This is my last election. After my election I have more flexibility.” President Medvedev: “I understand. I will transmit this information to Vladimir, … Yet this is not seen as Russian Collusion during the Presidential election of 2012. We need answers to the citizens questions about all of this collusion being leveled at Trump; while Obama smiles and walks away, that’s a double standard if you ask me.

    • Saul Alinsky Rules for radicals “Always accuse your enemies of what you yourself are doing.” HRC did her thesis on him.

      • Hillary had a relationship with Alinsky, there are numerous letters to Alinsky that speak of their special relationship.

  5. “But the fact being once established, that the press is impotent when it abandons itself to falsehood, I leave to others to restore it to its strength, by recalling it within the pale of truth. The “pale of truth” is all we the people require to be a well-informed, engaged public. We are big enough to make our own interpretation of the facts and come to reasonable conclusions.

Thank you POTUS Trump for not giving up and fighting for America day after day. The WDC power brokers want you to fail so they can keep their comfortable perks! Both sides are in bed with one another carrying knives to stab our country many wounds so we die a slow death. The people elected a fighter and one that speaks his mind no matter the consequences, finally one that understands just how bad the media and the Swamp have tried to kill a wonderful country!

  9. The MSM & DNC would rather the USA go into WWIII against Nuclear power Russia, than tell the truth… NO Muh Russia with Trump. As we’re finding out, it’s the Democrats who were literally in bed with Putin. 5x the amount of money paid to Horndog Clinton as spent on Fakebook ads. Using fake Dossier may lead to all things found being fruit from poison tree. Nothing new coming out to change my mind, liberals are the party of Hate trying to a divide the country, while the President works to get USA jobs back, 50 Bills Passed, regulations cut by 26-1, and more.

  10. Leave it to the liberal left and conspiring media to seek to undermine and destroy America through rumor-mongering, false accusations and vile deceit. Such EVIL.

  11. All these investigations and inquisitions are damaging America.
    Our country has become masochistic.

    • “Democracy means simply the bludgeoning of the people by the people for the people.” Oscar Wilde

      • Maybe that’s why America was established as a Republic.

        • The true answer would be “it depends”. An interesting article found browsing, just the highlights in my copy but still quite searchable. Even more insight from Publicus via The Federalist Papers.

By seeking constitutional restoration, the movement “expresses strong disdain for democracy, arguing that the nation is facing catastrophe due to the excesses of democracy, in which strict limits on governmental powers have been abandoned.”

wrestling with the problem of democracy and its relationship to the American Constitution is, I would argue, a first step toward recovering our founding document from the progressive opprobrium beneath which it has labored for over a century.

progressivism acquired for itself an unfair advantage when it linked the notion of constitutional legitimacy to the cause of unlimited government powers in the name of democracy

another view of the Constitution, closer to that of the Founders, finds no contradiction in the notion of a constitutionally limited or constrained democracy.

Among them was the growing scholarly view that the Constitution lent itself so readily to the defense of the rich minority at the expense of the poor majority because that had been precisely the intention of the Founders, themselves men of wealth living in fear of the depredations of the masses.

it is an open question whether legislative progressivism does not lead to an erosion of federalism in the long run by bringing all issues under the purview of the national government.

Roosevelt’s plans to make the people masters of their Constitution would remove the moderating restraints on popular will and unleash the foolishness and tyranny that the Constitution had hitherto restrained.

“weakness of democratic government was its liability to change with the impulse and enthusiasm of the moment, and, through continual change, to vary from extreme democracy…to oligarchy and dictatorship.”

The republican principle demands that the deliberate sense of the community should govern the conduct of those to whom they intrust the management of their affairs; but it does not require an unqualified complaisance to every sudden breeze of passion, or to every transient impulse which the people may receive from the arts of men, who flatter their prejudices to betray their interests.

In our Constitution we have embodied the eternal principles of justice; we have set up a barrier against ourselves. As Ulysses required his followers to bind him to the mast that he might not yield to the song of the siren as he sailed by, so the American democracy has bound itself to the great rules of right which…make it impossible that the impulse, the prejudice, the excitement, the frenzy of the moment shall carry our democracy into those excesses which have wrecked all our prototypes in history.

The Constitution “imposed its limitations upon the sovereign people and all their officers and agents,” forbidding them to do things “which destroy or impair the declared inalienable right of the individual.”

As the limitations of the Constitution were set up by the American democracy to protect them against themselves in every impulse to violate the fundamental rules of justice, so the Senate was established by the Constitution to protect the American democracy against itself in the legislation which was required under the Constitution.

“For the maintenance of those rules of justice,” Root argued, “our fathers provided that the government which may seek, under the interest of the passion of the moment to override them, shall be withheld by the judgment of a body of public officers separated from the interests and the passions of the hour.”

But they “aimed…to make sure that it was the real will of the people which ruled and not their momentary impulse, their well-considered desire and determination and not the passion of the hour.” So they built into the Constitution various safeguards “to make it certain that there should be abundant time for discussion and consideration, and that the public mind should be thoroughly and well-informed, and that the movements of the machinery of government should not be so rapid as to cut off due deliberation.

Lodge believed that “beside the question of the maintenance or destruction of the Constitution of the United States all other questions of law and policies sink into utter insignificance.”

          constitutionally constrained democracy.

“observe those great rules of right conduct which our fathers embodied in the limitations of the Constitution.”

“a majority held in restraint by constitutional checks and limitations…is the only true sovereign of a free people.” Abraham Lincoln

Our duty, Root concluded, was not to reform the constitutional system, but to “humbly and reverently seek for strength and wisdom to abide by the principles of the Constitution against the days of our temptation and weakness.”

Immediately after the election of 1912, historian Charles Beard’s An Economic Interpretation of the Constitution (1913) would reinforce J. Allen Smith’s earlier view that the government’s protection of the interests of the wealthy few against the rights of the people could be traced directly to the Constitution itself.

If Roosevelt failed to win the hearts of Republicans in 1912, it seems that he has nonetheless won the hearts of professors ever since.

democracy can work only insofar as its passions are tempered and tamed by various constitutional devices that slow down the impetuosity of popular majorities and safeguard the Declaration’s self-evident truths.

In spite of the scorn the Tea Party has drawn for its alleged anti-intellectualism and ahistoricism, its understanding of a Constitution that can limit democracy while at the same time being fully democratic in fact reflects an intellectually respectable and historically grounded view of the American founding.

Let’s see…..Hillary gives Russia 20% of our uranium while Bill Clinton gets millions to give speeches to Russia…..Then the Bankrupt DNC gives Hillary a fake primary win for bailing out the DNC…..So Russia gets uranium and the Democratic Candidate colluding with them to entrap President Trump for control of our government …..and Americans with common sense vote her out………No Collusion here …..FBI sees nothing……Although Comey and Muller were looking the other way during uranium one…….

    • From FOX news: The deal also “doesn’t allow for that uranium to be exported at all,” Chilcoat told Fox News. “It’s not like it’s leaving the U.S. or somehow finding its way to more insidious players.”

  20. absolutely a disgrace. Trump spot on.

  21. At least we know where to find all of you crazies….

  22. How about charges of sedition against the networks? It’s warranted and there’s plenty of precedent.

How about code of “ethics”? Google Ranker List of Journalists Caught Lying.
Believe it or not Journalists do have an unfollowed code of ethics and standards. These include the principles of ethics and of good practice.
Historically but not currently, the “code of ethics” are unfortunately forgotten.
The basic codes and canons commonly appear in statements drafted by both professional journalism associations and individual print, broadcast, and online news organizations long long ago…

  23. A meeting between those two men would be very good for both countries involved. President Trump is very good one on one. He is learning the in’s and out’s of presidential diplomacy.

  24. landy fincannon | November 3, 2017 at 1:36 pm |

Contrivance is necessary in order to placate the sheeple. Otherwise as slow as they are they would eventually catch on.

  25. There certainly should be a meeting and the two of them need to lay the blame squarely where it belongs… ON THE PRESS AND DNC. All accusations have been proven TRUMPTED UP……so to speak. Russia and America need to recognize that problem for what it is and get on with ‘LETS FIND A ROAD TO SOME HARMONY’.

  26. The injustice is using a dossier that has been proven to have false information that spurred an investigation. If anything, Hillary & the DNC should be charged with making a false report! Any regular person would be charged for it!

    • Hillary is highly irregular.

While all this is going on … where are Valerie Jarret, Huma and all the other anti-American errand boys hiding these days? These are some of the trolls that should be monitored. While their owners and lovers are in the spotlight these dangerous parasites are slithering free to cause all the damage they want to.

    • That’s really, really wishful thinking on your part and not at all grounded in reality. Many elements of the dossier have been proven true since it first surfaced in 2016. We even know that Trump was, in fact, offered prostitutes before his bodyguard retired to his own room for the evening.

  27. Rumors that Trump vowed three months ago that he was going to learn Russian and start tweeting in Russia to support Putin have ceased, since it’s been three months and all Trump has learned so far is ‘Da’.

    • “Da” is the word Hillary Clinton used when the Russians asked if her cooperation in selling them 20% of the US uranium reserves could be secured with a series of multimillion dollar contributions to the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative. It is also the word she used when the Russians asked her if she wanted a fake dossier full of phony dirt on Trump during the 2016 election.

What do you think the significance of the big red button was Obozo?

        • Clinton said it was a reset button – but I think it was more like a resale button – just deposit the funds in the Clinton Foundation and the resources of the American people are yours for the asking.
          Attention State Department shoppers !
We are now having a “blue light special” in the uranium isle !

      • Harry Fuller | November 3, 2017 at 6:02 pm |

You are right. That’s also why nk and Iran have material. Questions should be asked

      • You do realize that the Uranium One red-herring cooked up by desperate right-wingers has been debunked again and again, don’t you? Oh wait, I’m talking to an easily manipulated rube for Russia who is firmly a member of Trump’s uneducated base – so proceed to swallow whole whatever nonsense the Republican party spoon feeds you. They count on the fact that you will fall for anything.

        • Jen, you are describing the Democrat party – made up of high school dropouts who are on welfare and get something for nothing, union members who get paid way more than they deserve, the sports and entertainment elite who either feel guilty because they have so much money or would be on welfare and selling drugs if they couldn’t play sports or sing, and the educational elite who spend 12 hours a week teaching and the rest of their time at wine and cheese parties talking up communism, the merits of tenure, or where they are going on their next sabbatical.

Uranium One was facilitated by Clinton influence and she was repaid by those who profited form the sale of our uranium reserves with tens of millions of dollars in donations to her private charity. If you cant see how this is improper and bribery ( if not treason ) – it is you who are uneducated and easily manipulated. Why don’t you detail exactly how this was “debunked” ? Or is Soros not paying you enough for reasonable discussion – just insults and shuck and jive ?

    • Liberal propaganda…

  28. The real crime is the deep state is corrupted and violating their oaths and employment. Federal employees should be fired on the spot, proof the FEDERAL UNION MUST BE NEUTERED, AT A MINIMUM MEMBERSHIP FEE DONATIONS TO THE UNION MUST BE VOLUNTARY.

  29. The deep state people, and possibly anyone in the government, will not start a probe of Hillary because too many people who opposed the Clintons wound up committing “suicide” by shooting themselves in the back of the head!
