Vice President Mike Pence said President Trump has cut more federal red tape in his first year and a half in office than any other president in history.

He made those remarks at a rally at the Mill Steel plant in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

The vice president cited a U.S census bureau report, which says middle class incomes in America hit an all time high and touted the new tax cuts and reform law.

He said those results are no accident and the economic boom is due to the work of the administration and its allies.

“Since election day 2016, businesses large and small across America have created more than four million new jobs, including 83,000 good paying jobs right here in the state of Michigan,” stated Pence.

The vice president went on to say the U.S. is exporting energy at the highest rate ever and the administration has taken measures to protect both American steel and aluminum manufacturers.
