Court documents indicate women at Microsoft filed more than 200 complaints about gender discrimination or sexual harassment between 2010 and 2016.
The latest court filings from a gender pay lawsuit in Seattle revealed 238 complaints were filed against the tech giant.
However, an investigation only deemed one to be credible.
Paintiffs are reportedly pushing for a class action lawsuit to cover 8,000 women working at Microsoft, who claim the company systematically denied pay raises and promotions to females.
Microsoft has since denied the allegations, saying the plaintiffs have yet to find an instance of a promotion which violated company standards.
