Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe was back in the hot seat on Capitol Hill, answering questions concerning possible political bias within the bureau.

The House Oversight and Judiciary Committees grilled McCabe in a closed-door meeting on Thursday.

According to congressional sources, several unnamed DOJ and FBI officials also testified.

This comes after McCabe testified for eight hours on Tuesday about allegations of partisanship among agents assigned to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team.

One America’s John Hines caught up with House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte and and has more from Capitol Hill.

I’m mad that my dollars go to pay, for a lifetime, to the corrupt politicians that have retired, forced to resigned or will retire at the end of their term. There has to be a way to stop this corruption. I believe it was President Truman that said “Politicians should not get rich”. So WTH happened? I don’t think they should have better medical care than “We The People” or full retirement money. As far as lifetime protection that is also a crock of BS. I say vote them out because they will never agree to term limits. I feel better now.

Most believe Seth Rich was hit by HRC, he isn’t her first and most likely isn’t her last. I believe her count is up to at least 5 or 6 now???

      • iwontell

She had that many around Arkansas long ago.

The House Cleaning is far from finished and it won’t be until we prosecute the Obama Shadow Government Attack !

  • WSWSapphire

Rep. Goodlatte, thanks for hanging in there.
Corruption in the Higher echelons of FBI is absolutely correct, the one thing the new FBI director, Chris Wray left out when answering if America could trust the FBI. He only regurgitated what we already know – all the good people who work everyday stopping terrorist threats, etc, sometimes in the middle of the night with only a moment’s notice… but selectively left out describing those at the topmost level of the FBI, those who commit crimes & lie at a moment’s notice.

    • nfcapitalist

He, Christopher Wray, must make the decision to come clean or cover up this disease that has corrupted the one link to government we believed was… untouchable.

      • WSWSapphire

It’s such a shame… we need our untouchable back.

    • Twinkle Toes

I watched that on CSPN and you are right it’s what he didn’t say, just kept regurgitating the same ole same ole. When heavily drilled he said he couldn’t comment one way or another on certain issues citing possible investigations.

  • Davidreyes1486

Judicial Watch has taken on the DOJ and the FBI. Thanks to them and OAN for reporting on it.

    • Peak debt- not oil or CO2

JW, Tomm Fittion are doing an amazing amount of critical work.
Consider a donation towards their operating expenses!…

      • SkipBreakfast

        I agree.
Without their work the citizens would be in the dark regarding so much corruption that is both crippling and bankrupting us.

  • Bobby Green

Once they get caught in lying to the FBI, which is a crime, they should be escorted right off the floor by the marshals and placed in custody. This should be done on national TV to tell the rest of these people that lying will not be tolerated at these hearings.

    • aldoro

      Wouldn’t that be awesome.

    • Gray Bryson

of course they like to fbi and the fbi lies to congress and fbi lies to we the people. they are dirty filthy greedy corrupt lowlifes

      • KMA

The sad truth is NO in government can be trusted.IMO

    • WSWSapphire

According to law & once due process has occurred, absolutely. (And since it would draw HUGE ratings, CNN might even carry it… unless someone is willing to pay them more not to… now if the marshals would get that one in handcuffs…)

  • kaiju

You’ve got to dish out harsh punishment! If not what’s to deter the next guy. Monetary fines are not the answer, because we know that taxpayers are going to pay the bills. Hard time in federal prison is the answer.

    • PA

Would say GITMO for US Treasonous Traitors & Domestic Terrorists of wanton Conspiracy Criminality.

      • iwontell

Hey just had a good idea………..send the big “O” NEANDERTHAL there to inspect and LOCK THE GATES……..it should take him at least 20 years to fully inspect.

    • Bobby Green

The biggest organization to thank is judicial watch. They’re like a bunch of pit bulls and will not be deterred from trying to find out the truth.

      • Gray Bryson

agree. we would like to see them in the DOJ- they are not corrupt. they seek the law and the answers no matter how many times the corrupt dirty DOJ and their bedfellows FBI stonewall
