The Department of Health and Human Services is reportedly eyeing military bases to house under aged illegal aliens.

While the federal agency has yet to make an official announcement, sources close to the matter say four bases in Texas and Arkansas are being scouted for the job.

Military bases were used for temporary housing back in 2014 to handle a surge of illegal aliens from Central America.

The department is responsible for the safety of unaccompanied minors as well as for illegal immigrant children whose parents are facing criminal charges.

The HHS currently oversees about 100 crowded shelters across the nation.
