Republicans are pushing to win big in the 2018 elections.
All 435 seats are facing re-election in the House, while the Senate has 33 Class I seats up for grabs.
Only eight Republican senators are up for re-election, while 23 Democrat and two independent seats have a chance to turn red.
RNC chairwoman Ronna Romney McDaniel says Republicans have delivered on their promises this year, and are ready for 2018.
“We know historically the party that holds the White House loses seats in the midterms and that’s why the RNC has been on the ground from the beginning of this year,” said McDaniel. “We’re already in 21 states working our field program…we’ve raised un-precedented amount of money that we’re putting in these state early… building out our field program, so we can win in these midterms.”
McDaniel praised the accomplishments of the GOP under President Trump, saying unemployment is at a 17 year low and Americans will have more money in their pockets because of the historic tax cuts.
