Islamic militants kill at least 10 people in an attack on a cement truck convoy in Egypt.
The attack happened in the central Sinai peninsula late Thursday night as the trucks were leaving an army factory.
Militants seized weapons and set the trucks on fire, killing eight civilian employees and two soldiers.
A terror group affiliated with ISIS is reportedly behind the attack, but ISIS has not claimed responsibility.
This comes as Egypt is working to build its military with help from the U.S. in an effort to battle an influx of ISIS militants entering the country through its border with Libya.
